
Mosaic’s Dance Fitness Weekly (In-person)

This low impact dance fitness class with Jenn uses diverse music and simple dance movements to create a dynamic and energizing aerobic workout. With easy to follow moves that can be done seated or standing, this upbeat class is set to positive, playful and uplifting music. You will be motivated by the joyful welcoming and supportive environment that encourages you to let go and have fun! No experience required. Come along: you belong here!
After the class we welcome you to stay for coffee/tea, refreshments and great conversations!
Dates & Time: Mondays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – Every Monday from January 5th to March 30th, 2026.
