During my time at Mosaic, I have witnessed dedication to high standards of care from employees who truly strive to echo the sentiments of compassion, concern, and paramount person-centred care, in all relationships with our clients and their families. As a current undergraduate student of Ethics, Diversity, and Human Rights with a Specialization in Gerontology I am able to apply my knowledge to better understand and build on the importance of customized, person-centered care for all clients to truly create a positive everlasting impact for all members, their families, fellow employees, and partners.
