It was during a life altering family situation that Nathalie realized the need to influence change in the healthcare industry. The inspiration to be a part of change quickly became a passion to help others outside of her family circle, with a goal to ensure people received a high quality of care, to provide as much information as possible to ensure families could make well-informed decisions, and to bridge the gap between ‘not-for-profit’ and ‘for-profit’ agencies in the community.

For the last three and a half years, Nathalie was the Managing Director for a major home care provider, where she gained knowledge and experience about both the private and public sector. It was through meeting families, assessing their needs, coordinating with other care providers, responding to changing needs, and most importantly exceeding client expectations that Nathalie decided she wanted to do more for people. Joining forces with Jane and Mercedes, they formed Mosaic to make a difference.
